These Terms of Service govern your use of Pharmacy Weight Loss Scarborough, a GPhC-registered online pharmacy. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Scarborough is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Scarborough, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss treatments and prescription services to eligible patients.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over, currently residing in the United Kingdom, and able to provide accurate medical and personal information during the consultation process.

You must not use our services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition that contraindicates the treatments we offer. Our clinical team reserves the right to refuse or withdraw service if we determine treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.

By completing a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service and could pose a serious risk to your health.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Scarborough are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. No prescription will be issued without a completed and approved consultation.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribers. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a consultation. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy.

You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before each repeat order. Failure to do so may result in harm and the suspension of your prescription.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated clearly before you are required to make payment.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used and may vary.

Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom only. You are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information supplied by you.

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability or clinical reasons, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund where appropriate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an order before it has been approved by our pharmacist and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.

Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for prescription-only medications under UK pharmaceutical regulations. Refunds will not be issued for dispensed prescription items except where there is a dispensing error on our part.

For non-prescription products, you retain your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
